A firefighter is one who is capable of handling all the fire fighting equipments to extinguish onset of sudden fire. A fire fighter should be physically and mentally fit in order to join the fire services,. Physical fitness is very important because he has to climb, carry and run during the operation. Mental fitness is very vital during the operation because he should have the courage and determination to rescue people from the accident.
